TARGET 'Write The Next Chapter'
Agency: Deutsch LA // Role: Co-Concept and Design Direction // For the 2014 TED conference in Vancouver, DLA created a branded experience to celebrate 30 years of TED. The theme of this year's event was 'The Next Chapter'. And to reflect that theme, DLA created a space inspired by the modern printing press complete with a canopy comprised of reams of ribbon paper featuring thirty years of quotes from past TED speakers and a robot that writes hashtags in realtime - all under the concept of 'Write The Next Chapter'. The space allowed those attending the conference to grab a coffee and snack from the barista, sit and be inspired by the real time hashtags scrolling by under the bar or have a small discussion in the seating areas.
